Life circumstances are always changing and can create feelings of overwhelm, fear, grief, loneliness, sadness, anxiety, uncertainty, burnout, or feeling "off." Change can also be experienced as trauma or acute stress, or may trigger you to feel the experiences of earlier trauma(s) or cumulative stress. Previous ways of coping may no longer work.

Therapy can be the lifejacket that keeps you afloat in rough waters so you can return to a more steady state.

Who we each are today is a product of our unique lived experiences & circumstances. Past struggles, successes, choices, & strengths become part of our internal fabric, impacting our distinct experience of & coping with today's challenges. Through this lens & at a pace that's right for you, we explore how you’re feeling today and how you would prefer to feel. We work together to strategize a plan to help you feel better.

My approach to therapy is highly individualized and it works! Beyond getting to know you, I strive to "get" you. With a toolkit of evidenced-based treatments to draw from, as well as attuned and empathic listening, and a trusting relationship, I will help you to improve coping, regain a sense of control & find a path forward.

My clients are adults and young adults. I specialize as a therapist for health care professionals, medical professionals, first responders and other therapists.

My approach

Therapy is focused on helping you adjust, cope and improve your quality of life in a way that works for you, the client.

I meet you where you are and do not judge you. Together we clarify and prioritize your goals for therapy and develop a plan for moving forward. If you are in crisis, the immediate work is on crisis resolution and restoring your functioning.
